I was told my car needed a tire rotation and wheel alignment, the first service writer told me it was covered under my extra warranty, the 2nd service writer tells me he doesn’t know. Upon picking the car up and talking to the finance manager both services should’ve been free and covered and the dealer was trying to charge me for it. So my suggested service didn’t get done because they said it wasn’t covered and it should’ve been.

I called the dealership to inquire about the service plan we purchased and my car was due for an inspection. The person that answered the phone would not look up my information and wouldn't help me determine what service plan we are paying extra for from the time we purchased the car - she refused - I asked her 3 times. I told her an inspection was included in the plan - again, she argued with me. I asked her what her name was - she said, Alexis...A-L-E-X-I-S. I hung up on her. I hope I never have to speak with her again. Her customer service is BEYOND horrible!!! I then got on the on-line chat and got connected with Eric. He smoothed it over. He was nice!

Jesus DeVargas was a top notch sales rep. Sent me videos of vehicles I was interested in. Then got me my new 2025 from your dealership in West Chester. Price was good. Second vehicle I bought at this dealership. Hope the service department is as accommodating as the sales service. Highly recommend!
