This was the most positive interaction I've ever had with a car dealership. Everyone was so cordial, helpful and professional. The video sent to me discussion the repairs and showing me everything that we had concerns about was very impressive. Our Service Advisor Timothy Button was awesome in his knowledge and assistance and making sure we had all of our issues address. I knew I wanted to trade in my son's '22 Taos and the Tiguan was intriguing. I had a price point; however, the finance rate was extremely high. I asked if this is negotiable and was told no. That is when I should have left and went to another VW Dealer. Rates are always negotiable. The sales rep put in an incorrect Vin and I had to redo the paperwork. Since the sale, I have emailed and left vmail asking for copies of the corrected paperwork. No response. This is not hard. My requests are simple. You made a fortune off me - and I didn't even receive weather stable floor mats.
