I was going to trade in my 2023 Atlas for a new SUV but I love this SUV and I asked the service department to do the service, replace the front brakes, clean up the marks on the wheels and detail the car and make it look new. They gave me a new loner for a few days too. I could not believe how nice the car looked. Thanks to Tim in service and my Salesman Zac for getting this done. I feel that I can drive this for another 2-3 years.

My complaint is that my salesperson sold me a $2,700 warranty for wheel and tire protection. I brought my Buzz in because a tire had a slow leak. The third party warranty company says they won’t replace the tire or cover the cost because it is repairable. The service employee explains that VW doesn’t do plugs. They do seals. $79.99. I should have left and gone to a local gas station and had them plug my tire for $15. The entire experience left me feeling scammed and disappointed. I bought a $72,000 vehicle and packed on every warranty you offer, and 6 months later I can’t get covered for a tire leak? Doesn’t leave me feeling satisfied as a customer. 0/10 would not recommend VW to anyone ever again after this experience.

I worked with Eric to get the issue with my car corrected. Eric first listened to the concern, then asked me to show him so he would be able to clearly communicate the concern to the technician. He kept me updated throughout the process and they were able to repair the vehicle the same day.
