I have been out to the dealer with this same issue around 7x. Told if same issue arises that they will try next step. I've been dealing with this since I bought my new car just 2 months after I got it until now. It's 2 years old. Also..what happened to customer courtesy? I have yet to take it in and have them give my car back washed. I know that's a minor thing but it's the little things these days that go far. Especially in this case! I just remember the days when they would give ur car a courtesy wash. I did see them washing a car when I picked up my car the time before (a few weeks before this last time) however..mine wasn't washed 😒

When I originally was looking at the lease deals online, I decided I wanted to make a purchase to get a 2024 Jetta. However, the information on the site was incorrect and I was told my car payment would be nearly $500 a month, which is not affordable since I will be in college shortly. When I brought this to the attention of the associate who was assisting me, he said that the car I wanted was not included in the lease deal and that I would need to put money down. The information on the lease deal WAS for the car I was looking at, and then it became a back and forth to figure out a deal. I’m not 100% satisfied with my payment because it is still more than I was looking to pay each month.

I find it a bit worrisome that I bought the car less than 1 year ago and I have the check engine light coming on already. The car is a 2022 and only 37000 miles on it. I was also told that the light may come on again that the fix was just an updated software fix and that I may have to take another vacation day to deal with a problem you should have fixed in the first place. You are not compensating me for my lost vacation time.
