It was getting close to closing time on a Saturday- my car was having trouble starting. When I called Garnet VW they couldn’t promise that they could fix it, but could diagnose the problem. Upon arriving the service manager- sorry I forgot his name- couldn’t have been nicer. In starting my car a few times he was sure it was the battery. That is what it needed and they had the battery in stock. I’m so grateful they could work me in for I had been visiting family in the area and was heading home to Maryland. Thank you for being willing to look at my car instead of saying, sorry we are about to close.

Everyone was pleasant to work with. The service advisor was knowledgeable and helpful. The waiting area had snacks and a verity of tv shows in different area to keep me busy while waiting.

Overall Great experience, I did most of my Purchase over phone/web. Sales Manager and Finance Manager were great to deal with. My Sales Rep: Joel, was great at first but during the final walk through I felt a little let down.
